It had for a very long time been my dream to capture a croc in this way and so while shooting for a client in Far North Qld I had the opportunity to spend quite a while with this magnificent animal until I got this shot.
 
I am supremely happy with this capture and it brings a lot of joy to me to see all the details so clearly and to have been only 5 metres away from him when I was able to get this shot and a few others like it.
